The Hallsville R-IV School District hereby gives public notice that it will accept sealed bids for the sale of the following surplus property:
One (1) Storage Container
Dimensions: 19’ 10” long x 8’ wide x 8’ 6” tall
Condition: Used

Sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied.

The storage container has been declared surplus property by action of the Board of Education and is no
longer needed for district purposes. Interested parties may inspect the storage container by appointment only. To schedule an inspection, please contact Ada Tharp at the District Office at 573-696-5512 ext. 1350 during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m-4:00 p.m. Tuesday-Friday.

Sealed bids must be clearly marked “Storage Container Bid” and submitted to:

Hallsville, MO 65255

Bids will be accepted until 3/13/2026 at 12:00 P.M. Bids received after this deadline will not be
considered.

The successful bidder will be notified following Board approval. Payment in full will be required prior to
removal. The purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with removal and transportation of the
container.

The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding
process, as deemed in the best interest of the District.
