Welcome to the Hallsville School District
The Hallsville School District is a four-day school district located just 10 miles north of Columbia. We offer a small school district and community feel while having the conveniences of the city of Columbia. The district is dedicated to providing the best education for all students so they can reach their potential. Our district serves over 1,500 students and employs more than 200 faculty, staff, and administrators. The district includes our Primary School (grades PreK-2), Intermediate School (grades 3-5), Middle School (grades 6-8), and High School (9-12). There are six sections in each level K-6, and our average student-to-teacher ratio in each building is 20:1. Special classes are offered to all students K-5 in music, art, counseling, P.E., health, and library. Middle school students are offered a range of exploratory classes, and our high school offers dual credit college courses and AP classes.
