The Hallsville School District uses a school system-wide notification system, ParentSquare, to communicate with families and employees quickly through multiple channels. These systems seamlessly work with our student information system so that we can contact families and employees with vital information.
To receive timely information, families should ensure the contact information (including all phone numbers, email addresses, and physical address(es)) is accurate and up-to-date in Infinite Campus. To update contact information, please email registration@hallville.org
Infinite Campus is the district’s online student information system that stores our student information and grades. Parents and students are encouraged to stay connected to monitor academic progress. Through Infinite Campus, parents can view their child's report cards, attendance, lunch balances, discipline, and class schedule information. If you need assistance with your Infinite Campus parent login, please contact your child’s font office.
eNews
An e-newsletter from the District Communications Office is published every two weeks during the school year and includes school news, community information, and event/activity dates. Subscribe to the eNewsletter by entering your email here. If you have information for the eNews, email communications@hallsville.org.
Calendars
The board-approved district calendar is available on our website. In addition, the district has a Google calendar that you can subscribe to via iCalendar or RSS feeds. The district calendar can also be viewed in ParentSquare.
As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly and to embrace innovative technology, we moved from paper to digital eflyer delivery. With our Peachjar eflyer program, eflyers are sent directly to parents' email inboxes and posted on the school website and within ParentSquare.
